When you follow a novel, we use your account email to notify you about new chapters. We record that consent with the date, IP address, and user-agent. You can unsubscribe immediately through the link in the footer of any email or at /profile?tab=novels. We retain bounce and complaint records to avoid sending again to invalid addresses.

Some of your data is processed by trusted third-party services strictly necessary to operate the platform:

• Mercado Pago — payment processing. Your payment data (card details, CPF) is handled solely by Mercado Pago under their own privacy policy.
• Transactional email provider — sends account and order confirmation emails on our behalf.
• CDN and security provider — protects the platform against attacks and ensures availability. May process IP addresses in transit.
• Cloud infrastructure — stores files (covers, digital products) necessary for service delivery.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Financial records are kept for 5 years to comply with Brazilian tax law.
• Server access logs are retained for up to 6 months.
• Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized or erased, except where legal retention is required.
