Etheron Hub is operated by Magno Azevedo, Brazilian business registration 55.112.887/0001-00, based in Brazil. These terms govern use of the website. Paid services also follow the conditions shown at purchase and the Etheron Hub Terms. Contact: suporte@etheronhub.com.
User Account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. Do not use another person's account without authorization. Report unauthorized access to support.
Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Etheron Hub. If you do not have the legal capacity to accept these terms under the laws of your country, a parent or legal guardian must accept them on your behalf, including for purchases. Accounts of users under 13 will be closed.
Content and Copyright
Respect copyright, privacy and the platform's publication rules. Access to a work does not transfer ownership or authorize commercial redistribution. Authors are also subject to their separate terms.
Purchases and Payments
Before confirming a purchase, check the product, duration, currency, total price and any automatic renewal. Payment is established by the payment processor's confirmation; generating a Pix code or returning to the website does not prove payment.
Cancellation and Refunds
Canceling a renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically generate a prorated refund. This does not exclude statutory withdrawal rights, refunds for incorrect charges, failures to provide the service or other mandatory rights. For distance contracts governed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, Article 49 provides a seven-day withdrawal period. Mandatory rights and deadlines in other applicable jurisdictions will also be respected. Contact suporte@etheronhub.com with your purchase reference. Do not send full card details. Support remains available even if you cannot sign in.
Misuse and Disputes
Fraud, misuse and payment disputes may restrict the resource or grant involved, with support available for clarification. Independent rights from other purchases will be handled separately.
Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Accepting these terms does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Changes to Terms
The version accepted at purchase remains recorded. Changes will have a new version and will be communicated when required; these terms do not waive mandatory legal protections or authorize retroactive changes to the price of a completed purchase.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, particularly the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet, Law No. 12,965/2014) and the Brazilian Copyright Act (Law No. 9,610/1998).
To resolve any disputes arising from these terms, the parties elect the courts of the judicial district where Etheron Hub has its registered office, expressly waiving any other venue, however privileged it may be, except where applicable public-policy legislation expressly provides otherwise, such as a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own domicile (Article 101, I, of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).
