Etheron Hub Plus Benefits
Etheron Hub Plus grants access to chapters marked as paid, subject to their publication and availability. While the subscription or pass is active, Hub Plus also unlocks the player tools of the Etheron RPG System: creating and editing character sheets, combat calculations and the in-session screen, with an initial limit of 7 sheets per account. Reading the system remains public. The virtual tabletop grid is still in development and is not part of the available benefits. When the term ends, sheets are preserved but remain unavailable until a new subscription or pass.
Billing and Subscriptions
Monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe at the interval and price shown at checkout. Digital wallets appear when compatible with your device and payment method. Passes are one-time payments with no renewal. BRL passes are paid by Pix, processed by Mercado Pago; the payer's CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID) is requested only for that payment.
Currency and Regional Eligibility
The default currency is USD. Residents of Brazil may receive a regional BRL offer after providing a Brazilian billing address and passing payment checks. Language or estimated IP location does not establish eligibility. Check the total before confirming; your bank may apply currency conversion costs where relevant.
Duration and Passes
Passes for 7, 15 and 30 days provide 24 hours per purchased day. A 12-month pass uses the calendar anniversary of its first activation, adjusted to the last valid day when necessary. Passes accumulate in a queue. During paid subscription coverage, the remaining balance is reserved and resumes when that coverage ends.
Renewal Cancellation
You can cancel renewal through your account or the billing portal. Paid access remains until the end of the cycle. Without a paid renewal, available pass balance starts being used; without a balance, temporary benefits end. A recovered payment reserves the remaining balance without consuming time twice.
Gifts
Gifts are one-time passes. Time does not expire before redemption. A shareable link belongs to the first eligible user who confirms redemption. For email delivery, the recipient must verify that email address on their account. BRL gifts are limited to residents of Brazil; USD gifts accept both markets. For email delivery, before redemption, the buyer may correct the recipient, which invalidates the previous link. After redemption, the buyer sees the redeemer's display name, never their email address; the redemption screen states this before confirmation.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds follow the General Terms and applicable statutory rights. A full refund removes only the grant or balance from that purchase. A dispute may suspend that grant; its resolution considers unused balance and any still-valid period, without removing independent rights. Refunds and renewal cancellation must be handled separately when both are requested.
Permanent Rights and Courtesy Access
Permanent rights obtained before Etheron Hub Plus, through earlier purchases or grants, do not require an ongoing subscription. Administrative courtesy passes provide only the stated period, follow the same pass queue, have no cash redemption value and do not renew automatically.
